Privacy Policy

Bidque lets you access auction accounts assigned by your broker using an access code. This policy explains what information Bidque processes, why it is needed and how to contact us about your information.

1. Who is responsible

Bidque is operated by Aleksei Goncharov, at the address below. We handle information needed to operate, secure and support Bidque. Your broker determines which customer records and auction accounts are assigned to you and can view activity associated with your access. For customer records managed on a broker's behalf, we process information to provide the broker's service. Auction operators are responsible for their own websites and services.

2. Information used by Bidque

Access information: your assigned customer identifier, display name, broker and auction-account assignments, access code and sign-in records. Your broker may also provide contact details. We use this information to verify access and show the accounts available to you.

Technical information: IP address, device and application information, session activity, sign-in times and error records. We use this information to keep the service working, maintain sessions, protect accounts and investigate problems.

Auction activity: saved vehicles, lot details, recorded bids and offers, and related activity, which may include auction page addresses. We use these records to provide your watchlist and activity history and allow your broker to manage assigned access.

Support information: messages and attachments you choose to send, including selected photos. We use them to respond to your request. Please do not send access codes, auction passwords or payment details in support messages.

Connected auction accounts: account identifiers, credentials supplied by authorized account holders, membership information and session cookies needed to provide assigned access. Broker dashboard records may also include vehicle identifiers, invoices, balances and payment-status information entered or synchronized for account administration.

3. How information is used

We process information to provide requested access and app features, maintain security, resolve technical problems and answer support requests. Bidque does not use its customer records for targeted advertising.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in security and support, legal obligations, or consent where required. For customer information managed by your broker, we act on the broker’s instructions.

4. Auction websites and other recipients

When you open an auction account, the embedded browser connects to the auction operator. That operator may receive your IP address, browser and device information, cookies and the searches or actions you perform, under its own policy. Its website may also use third-party services. This policy does not replace those notices.

Your broker and authorized administrators can access records associated with the service they manage. Hosting, storage, application-update and support-delivery providers process information needed to deliver their services. Support messages and selected attachments may be forwarded to the configured support channel, including Telegram where used. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legitimate legal rights.

Bidque does not use its customer records for targeted advertising. This statement does not describe the independent practices of auction websites opened in the browser.

5. Storage on your device and permissions

Bidque stores sign-in and auction session information on your device and, where needed, on its servers to maintain assigned access. Mobile sign-in information uses the operating system’s secure storage.

You choose whether to attach images to a support request. Device permissions can be managed in your operating-system settings. Auction websites opened in the embedded browser have their own cookies, storage, permission requests and privacy notices.

6. Retention and security

We retain information while it is needed to provide assigned access, maintain account and auction records, resolve support requests, investigate security incidents or meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by record type and the broker's requirements. Revoking access or uninstalling the app does not automatically delete server-side records. Backups may retain copies until they are replaced under the applicable backup process.

We use access controls, encrypted connections and encryption or hashing for authentication secrets. These measures reduce risk but do not guarantee that information can never be accessed or lost.

7. Your choices and requests

You can stop using Bidque, sign out and choose not to send optional support attachments. Contact your broker to change assigned access or correct customer details. You may also contact support@bidque.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, or to ask about retention and other rights available under applicable law. If the broker controls the requested records, we will coordinate with the broker. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records when legally required or necessary to resolve an outstanding obligation.

To request deletion, use the subject 'Bidque data deletion' and identify the broker and account you use. Do not send your access code or auction password. We will explain any information needed to verify the request and any limits that apply.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may also request a portable copy of your data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent for processing based on consent, or complain to a competent privacy authority. We assess requests under the law that applies to you and do not require you to provide auction passwords to exercise these rights.

8. International processing

Bidque, your broker, auction operators and service providers may process information in different countries. Applicable protections and transfer requirements depend on where the parties and users are located. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your account.

9. Children and changes

Bidque is intended for adult users authorized by a broker, not for children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through the service.

We may update this policy when the service or its practices change. The revision date appears above. We will provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
